Let’s meet Dennis
NO PARA,
SIGUE SIGUE!
Dennis Serna brings over a decade of experience in the rehabilitation and fitness industries, having worked across a range of clinical environments—from private practices to leading academic hospitals in New York City. He earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from LaGuardia Community College in 2020 and has since focused his career on helping individuals recover from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other movement impairments. His approach emphasizes restoring strength and mobility while guiding clients toward their broader fitness and performance goals.
In addition to his clinical work, Dennis serves as a Strength and Running Coach for both the Brooklyn Track Club and Lululemon’s “NoName” Run Program. A passionate and accomplished runner, he has completed over 30 marathons and 7 ultramarathons, and has qualified for the Boston Marathon seven times. His current goal of completing a marathon in every U.S. state reflects his commitment to personal fitness and endurance. Outside of running, Dennis enjoys calisthenics, basketball, and rock climbing as part of his active lifestyle.
